Position Description

A health services network in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), with a Pediatric background, for a promising opportunity with their growing team in Brooklyn.

About the Opportunity:

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Assignment Length: Ongoing
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 9am to 5pm
  • Setting: Outpatient Clinic
  • Patient Population: Pediatrics (Ages 0-22)
  • EMR: NextGen

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality medical care services to child and adolescent patients
  • Review all medical histories of patients upon initial visit to the center and thereafter as appropriate.
  • Coordinate onsite medical care
  • Participate in ongoing comprehensive treatment planning and review
  • Ensure prompt follow-up action on patients with abnormal test results or physical findings
  • Review rehabilitation treatment plans, recommendations, and orders for such treatment

Qualifications:

  • Holds a Nurse Practitioner Degree (NP) from a recognized school
  • Current NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
