Position Description
Locums - A well renowned group is seeking an experienced nurse practitioner or physician assistant with experience in Cardiovascular Surgery to assist with an ongoing locums assignment an hour outside of Washington D.C., in Maryland.
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Start November 2025 for ongoing need
- Varied schedule; M-F 4x10s
- Adult patient population
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required in the CV OR
- Candidate must be proficient in vein harvesting with the Vasoview Hempro system
- Duties include post-op care, central lines, arterial lines, chest tubes, wound care vac
- EMR EPIC
- Active MD license or willing to obtain, DEA, ACLS, BLS, recent case logs
- Competitive rate, mileage, lodging, malpractice provided
